Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, sale events) delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, DHL Express, and other carriers depending on your location and the product ordered. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive this email.

- Express Shipping (US): $15.00
- Free Shipping: Available on select orders — see product pages for eligibility
- International: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shohona.e-com is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it still cannot be found, contact us at omunisa04@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
