REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Shohona.e-com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Perishable goods or personal hygiene products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at omunisa04@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at omunisa04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible at omunisa04@gmail.com.
